Poor service yesterday Feb 1st. Being told you have to buy a $1000-$1500 dress so that you can see what it looks like on, just does not work for a bride. A The only size available was an 8 and was told it would have to be ordered and if ordered i would have to pay for it. Hmmmmm, if that is the best you can do i guess my $3000 budget is best spent elsewhere where they care about their customers. They failed to wait on my fiancee' properly when she came in February 1 with a $3000 budget for a dress.......was more concern with the girls digging through a $99 dollar rack than with a lady wanting to spend $3000 in your shop.....never again!!!!
Love this place!!! I told them what I wanted, my price range, and by the time I tried on the second dress, I had found THE one! Madeline was the sales lady that helped and she was wonderful! The whole experience was perfect :)!

My daughter was a bridesmaid in a dress from here. The dress fit fine the first couple fittings, then on the final fitting when we picked it up she was given a different size and it fit horribly. The sales girl insisted it was the same but my daughter does not wear that size and we both knew it, she had worn the 4 at every other fitting. I was stuck with the larger size and had to find someone to alter it in just a couple days before the wedding.
