Love my new car! We came in just before closing and was greeted by Tim Mallams. Tim was very personable and knowledgable. Tim pointed us towards the Hyundai Veracruz, which I had seen earlier on Noller's website. Took it for a test drive and loved it. Tim and the staff worked to iron out the details and the purchase was made. Thanks to Tim and John for staying late to get the paperwork done.

If more sales reps were like Tim I may not have waited so many years to purchase a new vehicle. I went in braced for the usual hassles, the hard sell, fake glad-to-meet-you-again-long-lost-friend routine, etc. I never had to deal with any of that. Tim is genuinely friendly in a professional manner, very knowledgeable about the product, and continuously went above and beyond the call throughout the entire process. Perfect car buying experience I put in an internet search for a Mazda 3 and Joe K. was the very first person to reply. We were looking for a late model used Mazda 3 or a new Mazda 3. This dealership had the perfect late model Mazda 3 for us! It was also the ONLY certified pre-owned Mazda 3 that anyone in the state had at the time. I NeVER give 5s on surveys. I train sales reps for a living. I just don't typically see that level of sales professionals in the field. However, I loved the genuine customer service, genuine teamwork & collaboration, the courage, the driving for results, the customer service, the asking the right questions, the overall great experience that Team Noller Hyundai provided. I went for an oil change and had noticed oil spots on the garage floor in my garage. Service found the oil fill cap missing and the seal was cleaned. I believe problem was fixed.

My son was buying his first car and he was treated with respect and professionalism. Tim made the experience go smoothly. Tim was able to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable about his product. Tim went out of his way to pick up my sons car he purchased the next day from his work and took it in for some service work and returned it the same day so my son didn't have to leave work . He has gone over and beyond what most car salesmen would have done.
