Positive Experience I am from Wichita, KS. I was in the market for a Mazda CX-5. The only dealer in Wichita would not even get close to dealing with me. I found and contacted Laird Noller Mazda in Topeka, KS. Laird Noller not only would and did deal with me, they were extremely friendly and helpful. My salesman, Ron Bozarth was great. I will definitely give them my future business.

Lengthy Process I would be hard pressed to recommend this dealership to anyone. Not only was the process of purchasing my car overly long (I was there from 9:30am until 6:40pm), but my car was not detailed like I was promised. I also recieved several calls from Laird Noller after I purchased my car regarding paperwork they forgot to have me sign and issues with my trade-in that they wanted me to reimburse them for, although the mistake was clearly on their part.
