Change of heart I recently sent a negative review about the dealership, I was just frustrated my car wasn't able to be fixed at the time, but luckily they did find a way to fix the problem I was having and now the car runs great, even better than before! My 2004 Mazda 6 is up and running smooth, and although the fix is temporary, I know how to fix it now if it were to die again. Excellent customer service MY SUV was involved in an accident, I explained to Timothy Mallams what accessories I wanted on my new SUV. He passed this information on to Al Gallegos. Tim made sure that he found me the perfect vehicle and Al went the extra mile to find the lowest interest rate! Thank you, Timothy Mallams and Al Gallegos.

They made it easy and NOT a typical "car buying" experience Ron reached out to me on Facebook when I posted about need a new vehicle. He was not pushy, just offering to help me fine what I needed. We talked briefly on the phone and I expressed my desire to not haggle and do as much "paperwork" as we could before I came in to test drive. He was great and got everything worked out for me. Our first new car together! We had just gotten married in Nov. 2014 and thought we would buy a new car! Ron Bozarth was great! He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He had time with all of our questions. The day we bought our new car, Ron introduced us to Raymond Kent - General Manager! Raymond, Ron and the whole Lincoln family made us feel we were part of the family!! Thank you!!

Used Mazda 3 Our sales person was alright. He found the car I wanted with ease, but for my fiancee, the cars he was interested in were at the Ford site. Our sales person was more part of the Mazda dealership, and not the Ford dealership, so we had major communication issues with trying to find my fiancee's vehicle, and he ended up buying one from a different dealership. Wonderful Experience! Nathan Hernandez was wonderful to work with. For the past 6 weeks my husband and I have been looking for a used car for our son. We have been to several car dealerships between Topeka, Lawrence and Kansas City. As we were about to give up and start looking again at a later date, my husband decided to stop by Nollar on a Thursday after work to look at a car. Not only did we find a great car, but the over all process was very easy from start to finish.

New CX-5 I have only bought a new car a few times in my life, just because I hate spending so much money on a vehicle. Matthew had a such a friendly demeanor that it made the whole experience great. He was engaging without being overly pushy on the sale. I recommend asking for Matthew if you are in need of a new Mazda.
