Bought new cars for the wife and kids. Had a great experience with the salesman Mark Knernschield. He not once presured us into buying any car. He showed us the options and we told him what we wanted and he was able to find the cars. I made sure to purchase every car from Mark he made the purchase very easy and he even called to make sure everything was good and we still loved our purchase. That is a true salesman. Great Customer service I purchased my 2007 Nissan Murano a few years ago and with it I got a great warranty. When it was time to use my warranty the company declined to cover my CV Axle boot leak. Just bought our 4th vehicle Even though we have bought several vehicles from this dealership since 2010. Working with Jimmy Brough has been Amazing. When we call or come in he is always right there doing everything in his power to make us feel cared for like we are a part of the family. Great customer service!!! I told Tim what I wanted and how much I was looking to spend. He called me to test drive a car that not only met, but exceeded my expectations. I was very nervous buying my first car but Tim put my mind at ease with a friendly no pressure approach. He has continued to help with the service and care of my vehicle. Horible ( edited and have better opinion) I took my 2010 Elantra in because of a recall. I was treated like I was a total idiot because I had not used them for maintaince. I was told when and where I drive my car and told they were putting me on there maintaince schedule. I was treated like I was a two year old. And the worst of it was I was sitting in the waiting room and was screamed at in front of a whole room of people. I will NEVER go back.
