I recently visited for vehicle service for my 2016 Genesis Coupe. I was concerned about the electronics and the possible need for a new battery . Luckily I have the last year that the Hyundai/Genesis was manufactured and I could secure an appointment before January of 2025! OMG by far the best experience we've ever had. We are 70 yrs.old and have too many to list,however, Robert Goodmon our salesperson and Thomas, the finance mgr.are just amazing. Totally the best we have worked with in our "seasoned decades". Thank you Robert,Thomas and Northtowne.

I purchase a VW Tiguan from Dakota in August and it was by far and away the best car buying experience I have ever had. He was friendly and honest and helped me trade in a car that I hated. He was responsive and answered all of my questions, of which there were many, within 24 hours. He had a family emergency come up when it was time to pick up my car and the whole VW crew helped me in his place. It was truly a great experience and I’m so happy with my purchase.
