We are not from the Topeka area but was looking for a certain car and seen on the internet they had one. We ended up at the Laird Noller Ford dealership. Went in and asked for directions to the Lincoln dealership. Cordaryl not only gave us directions but got into his car and we followed him to the dealership. Everyone there was more than helpful. The sales staff and support was very good. No problems with purchasing the used Lincoln MKS. I think it is a good value for the money.

As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted immediately by a very friendly smiling salesman. I was looking at a specific vehicle that I had already located myself and was limited on time, as we all are. We test drove the car, spoke for a few minutes and was back to work in no time from my lunch break! The entire buying process was very professional and stress free. Tim was friendly, a little pushy at first, but managed to win us over. We were reluctant to return after a bad experience 12 years ago. But getting a full tank of gas w/car this time instead of attitude from old manager was appreciated. We will probably now use your service dept since people working there are much nicer now.

The terms of my new-used car purchase were unfortunate but they worked with me to find a car similar to my original purchase and made sure that I was satisfied with the new car.

I have had the pleasure of working with three of the services advisers and all are courteous, knowledgeable and have your best interest in mind.
