Gene was very patient with me while I was deciding about a car. He was willing to let me test more than 1 vehicle. The only negative experience was the length of time it took to do the paperwork. I think that there must be a way to shorten that part of the experience.

This was the second time in about 2 months that we have bought a car from this dealership, and we have been treated well and had a great experience both times.

Overall it was a good experience, I was very flexible on when I needed my car back when I dropped it off at my 8am pre-scheduled appointment, but I didn't receive a phone call until 3:51pm, after I was already off work. I didn't get the message until the next day. Luckily I had a friend give me a ride to get my vehicle.

We came to the dealership shopping for a new/used Mazda CX-5. We test drove a new vehicle with Nathan Hernandez. He was very friendly, not pushy; very knowledgable about the vehicle. We came back 2 days later, having decided on a CX-5 that I researched on the Noller Mazda web site. Chris James helped with the purchase. Both employees were great to work with, never pushy, never tried to rush us into a purchase. I knew what vehicle I wanted when I arrived. The salesman pulled the car up, showed me all of its features and we took it out for a drive. I was sold on the car so it was just a matter of getting the financing taken care of. The salesman and the finance guy listened to me as I told him my obstacles and they went to work to find a bank who would work with me as well as finding me a very good finance rate. The Finance department worked to get me a low intrest rate on my 2010 Ford Escape. The Ford was purchased through internet sales at a fair price. I was searching for a good running car and probably looked at 30 pictures before I took a test drive. The salesman was very nice and knowledgable and attentive. The service department was quick and informative and patient with me. I had several issues with the Ford and they were addressed quickly and professionally. Howard is a fantastic salesman. He's very personable and NOT pushy. Didn't feel pressured or harassed. I would highly recommend asking for Howard if you're in the market for a new or used car.
