Great car buying expierence Ron Bozarth went above and beyond to make sure that I got the car that I wanted with all the options. Howard Cherry was great at explaining all the options and how to use them and Scott Norton made sure that the process went smoothly on the finance end. This was truly the easiest car buying experience that I have had. Everyone was very friendly and took time to listen to what I wanted and made sure it happened.
Great experience, will do business with again I work in sales, and dread car buying. I've driven my last vehicle for 13 years I dislike it so much! Excellent customer service My experiences are always 100% great. I'm given estimates before any extra work is done, While they suggest extra services relative to what's good for my car, there's no pressure to upgrade services, I'm female and I'm always treated with respect.
Ford Fusion The reason why this rating is so good is because of the hard work of the salesman. Tim Mallams did an excellent job at listening to me on what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. He then found me a vehicle that satisfied both without all the salesman BS. This great rating is a reflection of Tim's personal attention to giving great customer service. I would recommend this salesman no matter what dealership he worked at.
