I have leased two cars from Circle Hyundai and I will definitely be back for my next car. Excellent customer service and they treat you like you are part of the family. Andrew Feldman was my salesman for both of my cars and he is the only one I would go back to. He makes buying a car seamless and easy. Hands down had the best buying experience with Andrew Feldman. 10 out of 10 for both Andrew and Circle Hyundai. I recommend him and this dealership to all of my friends and family.

Loved the experience! Robert Goodman, salesman, & Thomas Drinnen, finance/paperwork, were absolutely THE BEST to work with. Robert was so calm & easy to talk to, NO pressure, just showed us what we asked for. I have never actually enjoyed the car buying process but Northtowne Volkswagen, Robert & Thomas made this a stellar experience!

I am beyond frustrated with the service I’ve received from Hyundai of Matteson. On Tuesday, December 17, I scheduled an appointment for my 2020 Hyundai Elantra, which was having trouble starting. They set me up for Wednesday, December 18, at 7:45 AM. I dropped my vehicle off Tuesday evening with the expectation that they would look at it on Wednesday. This dealership obviously does not care about selling cars. I did research online and had a car picked out prior to arriving. I parked right in front of the showroom and walked the lot for about 15 minutes and no one came out (not too unexpected). I went in the showroom and asked for a salesperson.
