Tim is interested in selling us the vehicle we want not the vehicle they need to sell. Always polite prepared and professional. He took the time to locate a vehicle that wasn’t on the lot that we wanted to see so we could make sure we were getting all the options that we wanted.
I have purchased my last three vehicles from this dealership and have always, always received the best customer service from Dwayne Juhnke. He is my "go to" person whenever I have questions or problems with my vehicle. Tim asked for details about what was important to me and focused on cars that met that need. When I set an appointment to test drive several options, he had all the cars together and ready when I arrived. He explained options and described differences in the models I was considering taking into account the things I told him were important to me. Bryan reviewed the financing and options efficiently and made sure my questions were answered.
An estimate is always given before any work is done, they don't patronize me because I'm a woman, they explain everything and don't rush me when I ask questions, they are always exceptionally friendly and professional. I love the Mazda service rewards program! It's saved me lots of money over the 3 years I've had my mazda. This dealership has always treated me wonderfully! I had my car in for service for several items during the week. I'm always given a car to drive as a Lincoln owner and my car is always returned washed and clean. This last week a mistake was made installing my windshield that I asked them to have a vendor take care of while they were doing other service work on my car. WE HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER AT NOLLER SINCE 1977. THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND SALES HAVE BEEN OUTSTANDING WITHOUT FAIL. TODAY I TOOK THE 2005 LINCOLN IN FOR SERVICE AND THEY DISCOVERED A BAD TIRE, ARRANGED TO HAVE IT TAKEN CARE OF AND TOLD ME ABOUT IT AFTER ALL WAS ARRANGED.
