Waited for 2 1/2 hours with my 83 year old mom. The NP only briefly looked at her, dismissed her completely and told her to call her primary or go to the ER. No helpful advice much less referral or action. I get frustrated when Healthcare workers dismiss elderly patients with the attitude " You're old. It just happens." Someone needs to make this place accountable. Front desk young man was very friendly though. Thank you.
