Took two hours for a doctor to even come to my room. Ridiculous.
Worst urgent care I’ve ever been to. I was an extreme pain and they left me sitting for an hour and a half. I finally got up and walked out. They’re plenty of other places in Columbia. Try one of them first.
Very convenient and friendly/ helpful staff. Love the QR code for smart phone registration. Love the advanced care monthly payment plan that allows self pay urgent care visits to only be $39 going forward (monthly payment is $39, but when you sign up you do pay for the first 3 months… STILL much better than regular full self pay prices, which seem to range from $200-$500 per visit).
