Still in process - but decent so far – After reading the reviews and comparing many, many prices, we decided to give New Planet a try. So far, we're in process of moving but they've "guaranteed" to get our stuff to us by the date we need it. We'll see how that turns out. this is a very nice moving company – well i just finished putting my computer together now that i am settled in my new house. i just wanted to express my satisfaction on my move. i was so nervous placing my personal belongings in someone elses hands. i have really nice and expensive stuff. i also have alot of pictures that are very important to me for i am an artist. so this was very important that my paintings did not get ruined. i was very impressed with the way that they were very nicely packaged. i did pay for the full p... read more
MY MOVE WAS GREAT – my move was smooth and stressfree. Im not sure what all the hype is about but these guys were great. the uniformed workers were experienced and very efficient. I'd definately recommend them to my family and friends!
these movers are very nice – the movers that came and packed up all my belongings were very nice. they did a great job. i was happy to say. i even got a lower price from my quote because they said when they did the weigh in at the truck stop my stuff weighed less than the estimate. then at delivery they showed me a weigh ticket. im already paying less then they proved it to me of why. i was flabergated. this was the coolest company. i will always use them but thank god still i dont have to move alot. so i guess i will just t... read more
Worst Experience of My Life!!! – 1 month after pickup and still no stuff...I had to hire a lawyer to file a civil lawsuit (for grand larceny) to hopefully get my stuff someday. Take that in mind please; when this law suit goes through they're going to get shut down by the DA because they're nothing more than a scam...stealing honest Americans stuff. They did a great job on my move – I honestly wish i wouldv'e read these reviews prior to the tim e i reserved with New Planet moving, but i didnt. You know what though, my move was great, i had no problems at all. The girl that called me 100 times before i finally got her call was sweet and persistant. She made me go through an inventory even though i relly didnt see it neccessary, and boy am i glad that she did. An honest review – It's hard to believe some of these posts. Obviously, management uses this website so you have to wonder how many of these 5 star reviews are them just trying to negate the 1 star reviews out there. Also, interesting how some of these 5 star reviews are from people in "Las Vegas, NV Metro". What a coincidence (that's where New Planet Moving is located!) Because we are based in LVwe do get more customer reviews from there. The customer states they were satisfied w/the cust.svc &movers at pickup&delivery. TheresNOWAY we took 4weeks to deliver w/out the customer asking for a delayed delivery date.(Which we offer for convenience)As far as the damages we havent heard from anyone regarding a claim like this(which requires photos for proof)We apologize for the damage if it was there &assure you that we train&retrain our movers to take the upmost care
wonderful............... I do not have time to post the entire details of my move but i will say this New Planet Moving did a terrefic job i got all of my items in one piece! thank you! The cost i was originally did not change! thanks again! the girls who answer the phones were wonderful i spoke to a couple of them and each one was extremely nice and helpful. the guys who came out were awsome i almost felt guilty watching them work so i went and got them water and energy drinks to help wash the gulit away!
