saved my day – I had originally scheduled movers to come and pick up my things. since i booked with them i heard lie after lie so i decided to find a new company. I came across New Planet moving and the lady who helped me was so nice. She understood my dilema and didnt judge me for the bad choice i made. Great Job New Planet! – I like many others I've read here, did my research before moving with them. They had mixed reviews, but i took a chance and it worked out just fine. The only reason they recieved 4 stars instead of 5 is my delivery was 3 days later than my original quoted time. But after researching and reading reviews on the other companies that were competing for my business, I realized that I was lucky for that, apparently EVERY mover can hold the items up to 21 days, can you believe that? I see why they asked me to come here to write my letter – I'm very happy with the service and rate i recieved from New Planet Moving and Storage. They were super nice from the beginning, and its true sometimes I would have to call them back, but overall they were just fine. I think people just dont move out of state that much (whereas i do because ive moved a ton) and then they dont know what to expect, or what is normal. great move! – I chose New Planet over all of the other companies because they were able to meet all of my needs. I have been looking throug what seemed like endless companies for one that would work best for me. the staff was very friendly, curtious, and patient. I was a wreck and i was very skeptical about using a mover because of all the stories you hear. i am impressed i actually had a good expperiance – when i originally started the process of moving i put my info in this website and all of a sudden i was overwhelmed with moving companies. i went thru the quotes with several of them. i chose this company because the girl i was dealing with i felt took my hand and held it thru the whole stressful event even after i gave her the deposit she still answered my phone calls and emails. she was very upfront with me even about the mattress covers i would need for my beds and we wen... read more

So I read the reviews before I picked this company and they were mostly bad but i went with the company anyway because they sounded cheap and were so nice on the phone. DONT DO IT. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. We were moving from Utah to Florida for medical school. Were were given the estimate of 1,200 for our tiny one bedroom apartment.
