Had to write a review – When I finally found a job, I was so excited. But it was in California and I was in Chicago. I wasn't as excited about that but what can you do. From a Sincerely Happy Satisfied Customer – 5/24/11 Move with Lauren-I wanted to let you know how well the move went. The drivers went to great lengths to position the truck in such a way that I would not have to pay the long-distance carry charge. smooth move – I recently moved with this company and everything went well. I was given all of the information upfront and their price was very comparable to what I had been receiving from the other companies. I got pickedup on time and they delivered just a couple days after I asked them to. Everything went well :)
absolute worst company ever! DO NOT HIRE! – This company had some of the worst customer service I think I have ever encountered in my life. Sure they were all dandy and nice when they were talking about money and selling themselves, but once you are in the contract, you are nothing to them but a dollar sign. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER – I feel like I should first say that I rarely rate companies on these sites. Be Warned! – I had searched for a moving company for about a month to move from California to Oregon. The staff, Marisa/Lesley, who answer the phones are always extremely nice and promise you the world. At first there were issues around picking up my delivery and if they could get a tractor-trailer into my apartment complex, eventually they told me and I’m quoting Marisa, "Absolutely we will be bringing a box truck." worry and stressfree move – I was nervous at first about hiring a moving company to move my things across country. I have always done it myself. But I am getting older now and unable to make this move on my own so I contracted with New Planet Moving. I was a nervous wreck but the friendly staff helped ease my worries. Then when the crew came they were just as professional and curtious. This truely was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
New Planet Movers-WORST experience EVER! – I hired New Planet Movers, the sales girl was the sweetest, but the rest of the deal I dealt with the RUDEST people, I could not believe they could run a business the way they spoke to me, the customer!
