Not so bad, Great Rate, Everything in 1 piece – I moved with this company and just recieved all of my furniture and boxes in tact. im stoked – i am finally happy about a company this company. i had a huge move and 4 bedroom house a garage and a storage so i just knew something had to go wrong with as much stuff as i had. so when i got my stuff i was pleased to say i didnt have one item broke. even the price was fair. i was afraid that since i had so much stuff that i would forget a lot of it and you know what they say they charge you off the weight. well lesley made sure that she overestimated my move for that reason she really took the time lords knows... read more

east coast girl – with the help of new planet moving i got my items to the east coast safe and sound. Im not sure what the hooplah is about but when ever i have called i have always gotten someone to help me. i cannot see these people hanging on to anyones furniture. they stored my items for 3 weeks and as soon as i found my apartment i called and let them know i found a place they were really nice about getting my items right over to me it did not take months or weeks it was exactly 4 days to be exact and that was exactly w... read more

Horrible! – If I could give zero stars I would. They have had our furniture for over 3 weeks now, and still can't tell us when it will be delivered! We were told it would take between 7-10 days. When we call to see when the furniture will be delivered, they either can't tell us or they lie. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody! Update: After 27 days our furniture was finally delivered. So, after being told it would take 7-10 days, it actually took 27 (with no apologies). Worst Moving Company – We worked with Lauren, who seemed very nice over the phone. She quoted us a price based on our inventory, as they did not have anyone close enough to come see our actual items that were being moved from Phoenix to Georgia. Lauren gave us a guaranteed price and delivery date (5-7 days after pick up...listed on our contract). This customer is accurate in stating we came 3 days early to pickup, which she agreed to, however she needed to go to storage before delivering in WA. When you come to our warehouse we have to be able to plan your route with the other routes that we have scheduled at the time. We were in contact with this customer throughout the time of delivery and it was 2 weeks out, but from the pickup date, not the first date ready. Because of the short notice for this move, your rapid and thorough planning from the onset was essential to success. Your crew came ready to work, even with Nevada's record-setting hit. I will recommend you guys to everyone – I just wanted to thank you guys for the amazing service. My move was fairly big and on short notice, but you handled it extremely well. Jorge, Erik and Louise are three of the nicest guys you could meet. They were so patient and thorough while packing and loading our belongings.
