Same as all others except NewRez is not paying my taxes out of my escrow account and I just get the runaround on the phone and no response via email. So no need to send me the auto generated email to contact you, NR, YOU DON'T RESPOND! PAY MY TAXES!!!!!!
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Unfortunately, NewRez bought my loan so I had no control over having to deal with them.

They are not worthy of one star and need to be shut down. Thanks so much for allowing my homeowner's insurance to lapse because you ignored my and my attorneys efforts to go in vain. Yeah the checks in the mail. You only had 2 months to get this done. Should something happen to my property prior to my payment being applied I will be using a much better legal advisor and you will be on the hook for all the terms on my insurance policy. You get the gold star for the worst customer service ever!

I have the same issue as Christine S. NewRez bought out Ditech. Made my first payment 3/01:2020. My issue as my husband called them to pay our shortage with the escrow account. The woman he talked to took his debit card number. Yesterday we get a $25 insufficient fund charge. This morning payment never made it to Our bank and there were no overdrafts or a insufficient bank charge. Hmmmmm. 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Former Ditech customer trying to do a refinance. Ditech transmitted payment history with an error, which they fixed. New Rez employee, in fixing it on their end...made about 12 entries to fix one payment, screwed it up so bad their own underwriter won't accept their own payment record, and then just walked away. I had my loan with Ditech and it got sold to this place. I never had issues making payments or them being able to pull from my account. First payment with Rez and it never cleared my bank and they added a $25 nsf fee. Then I paid again thinking that’s odd as plenty of money. Terrible service. No way to actually speak to a person who knows what is going on. They have “lost” a check from the state of Michigan on my behalf. Worst mortgage company I’ve ever had in over 25 years
