I am a former loan officer (15 years) and current realtor. In this time I have not had the displeasure of ever working with someone as incompetent as Lorrie T***** at NewRez. I understand not knowing all the particulars of a program but to blatantly mislead and misquote me like she did is inexcusable. worst mortgage company I have dealt with. on hold for 33 minutes, they keep sending me monthly statements when I have requested 3 times to STOP, customer service is rude.

I logged into my account and clicked “Payoff Statement” and got a message that it wasn’t available, so I called on 10/11/19 and got a message that someone would call me back within 24 hours. When they didn’t call back, I called again on 10/12 and got an agent who gave me an email address to send the request to. Why not just put it on the website??? Terrible Customer Service. When my file was sent over, they said I was only required to do one last thing before my loan would be approve. That was a lie, I've been asked to do multiple things. They waited to the day before closing to let my realtor know our closing date was being push back, but no one had even reached out to me. They asked me to send the same documentation over and over. They ****. I've paid over 7000.00 in additional payments and they can't seem to find all of my money. In August my balance was 13000.00+ in September they have my balance at 15000.00+. Good lord... it's basic math.

My mom is in payment program with them and her last payback amount was for may. Now there saying she owes more and treating foreclosure if she doesnt give them $1500. They are a very bad business amd they lie about pay back contracts.

The customer service is atrocious. I’ve been trying for 4 months to get the PMI removed from my loan. Every time I call, I get a different answer. The request has been pending since May. They are screwing me out of hundreds of dollars each month. It’s ridiculous.
