This company calls you non-stop for ridiculous reasons. It boarders harassment. I’ve been a homeowner for 12 years so this isn’t my first mortgage company I have dealt with. My mortgage is due on the 1st. I’ve asked to have the payment date changed and I was told not to worry. As long as the payment was made by the 15th of the month, it wasn’t late and no fees would be applied. This is the same as several other companies I’ve had. NewRez has literally STOLEN money from me TWO times now....just taken it out of my account unauthorized.....if I had not caught it they would have gotten away with taking THOUSANDS of dollars for me.....then, once you do catch it, they make it SO hard to get the money back. I have spent SO much time on the phone with managers who promise to take care of it for me and assure me that they will get back to me and NEVER do. This has happened several times so far. If you have any choice in the matter avoid them like the plague.

This company's website is very misleading when making payments. Back in February, I had some extra money, so I decided to make an additional payment. The one-time payment page had a radio button that indicated I could pay my March payment at the same time, and I selected it. After the fact, I chastised myself soundly, because I knew they were going to take that payment and then charge the March payment as well. I think they are crooks never been late or missed a payment, my loan was sold to them and they sent me a foreclosure notice. I want a written apologies and paid for my stress. I have had enough dealings with scammers and crooks and I am very tired of them getting away with anything they can

Our loan was sold to them from Ditech. I have been calling their customer service and collections numbers to make a payment and no one answers either one! After reading all if the negative reviews here I am pretty nervous about dealing with this company

The worst company I have ever encountered. They serve no purpose in the mortgage industry. They are a debt collecting company and scam on consumers. I am still fighting to again money in which I was wrongfully charged for.

Horrifyingly bad. Sold by Ditech with no choice & told I missed payments due before any documentation to do so arrived. Web pay has generated two separate payment confirmations but completely failed to contact my bank. Zero information from them as to why their system is refusing payments after stating one has been made. Highly deceptive trade practices the SEC needs to follow up on.

I had my original loan with New Rez and refinance with New Rez. I was told no payment was due on my old loan for April and May. They debited my payment in April anyway. I called and requested it be sent back and was told 30 days! I told the girl that won’t work I need to speak to a supervisor. I was then told a check would be sent to me in 3-5 business days by the same girl. 5 business days later I call and ask where my check is and I was told there was no check requested and I can get a credit to my account in 15-30 days!
