I’ve been calling this company since March 25 about dropping my PMI and I get a different answer every time I call. It is very frustrating. That these customers services reps don’t know what they are talking about. All I want is a direct answers!!! Not a run around!!!! They are not using the appraisal that Ditech did for me that leaves at 78% LTV to my loan. Someone please help!!!

I wish they offered negative reviews. After receiving a letter from our county threatening to sell our property for past due taxes we contacted new Rez, we can see that the money is sitting in our escrow. They told us to fax the letter, we did and have confirmation, they didn’t get it. A week later we call back, they tell us to email it to Micah, we did, he never responded. Oh my. Reading all of these has me scared. We were switched to NewRez without forewarning. Today I am without homeowners insurance because they have failed to pay it from my escrow. After three phone calls (two three ways) it still has not been paid.

My loan was transferred to this company. I was setup with automatic withdrawals with AmeriHome before NewRez. I was told my account information would transfer over just fine. NewRez deducted the appropriate amount the first month. The second month they deducted the amount then immediately credited the amount. I then got an email midway through the month stating that I didn't pay my mortgage. They said it was because I was on biweekly payments so they thought they would just credit the money back in my account and not tell me... read more

They do not seem to have what it takes to get things done. Seriously lack customer appreciation. WILL NEW EVER USE THEM AGAIN!

STAY AWAY FROM NEWREZ!!!!! I called them about an extra 25$ on my account that its coming from no where! they told me they need to put in IT ticket and they will see if it can be removed. till now it been more than 2 month. 25$ still posted on my account, no one called me YET! worst company ever! they wouldn't take any responsibility. This company sucks!!! The website is worthless and the customer service is worse!

I agree with everyone that has posted about this company. It is the absolute WORST! I was also sold off to this company which of course I have no say in which doesn’t seem like it should be legal to me. I have been calling and calling and leaving messages and still can’t get ahold of anyone. I have requested 5 times to have an incorrect bank account removed from my account and it has never happened which is why I have to call to make a payment so it doesn’t come out of the wrong account. I called NewRez BEFORE my house payment was due, requesting one payment to be deferred to the end of my loan. I also wanted to.make sure this would not show up my credit report as a late payment. I was told it would not. NewRez set the one payment I needed deferred into a payment plan the split the payment into 3 month repay, added onto my regular payment. Awful company to deal with. Someone always answered the phone when I called, but never resolved my problem. My emails were never answered. After sending a notice of error letter I received a letter back stating the mistake was my fault and they were not willing to help me. I was charged multiple fees every month.
