Trying for 5 days to get my money.. over 600 dollars... off of this card. Getting run around. Third time in a year that they make a mistake. This time they seem unable to straighten it out. They send a new card but then block it as stolen before I get it.. the list is endless on their lies and incompetency. Every rep tells a totally different story. I'm nauseated and broke. My kids need food. Asked for address and email for lawyer to contact to get this straightened out. They will not even comply.

Netspend mandated that I submit copy of my social security card to activate my card. My card still doesn't work. I saw similar complaints about this company but no resolution what so ever. Customer service is terrible and they usually end up hanging up on you.
Never able to get my card activated without sending them a treasure chest full of personal info and documents. Gotten credit cards my whole 65 years and have never been asked for a social security card or drivers license. I will chalk this up to a bad experience after I contact Krogers, Walmart, and others that sell their product. Maybe they will quit aiding such a poor business as NetSpend.
I had a bad experience with net spend! A card was given to me with $50.00 on it. I put it away for a time when I needed it. It has been about 7 months now, I finally went to activate the card and actually use it, however netspend had taken almost $20.00 for fees for the last months! Even though it had not even been activated. I waited about 85 minuets to speak with a manger that repeated the same phrase as the women I had spoken with first. I use Net spends Skylight One Card and it has been nothing but trouble! Awful Company !!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS CARD OR GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS !!!!!! I bought this card to pay a bill and not only did they take so many fees out of it I had to put more money on it to just pay one bill !!! I wish that I had read the reviews of this company BEFORE I bought the PRE-PAID CARD! SO far nothing but a hassle! You can FORGET about speaking to anyone in the USA as the customer service is farmed out to the Philippines. Stay away from this company!!!!

Will not allow access to my account. Will not allow me to activate cards received as tax rebates. Charges a fee for non-use of account. Essentially a fraudulent scheme to extort regular people. They don't allow access to your money, then charge you for not accessing your money.
