Awful customer service. Had to call 3 times in one hour to speak to a supervisor,otherwise I'd be left on hold for up to one plus hours....I've done business with this company for more than 3 years,the only good thing I can say is I like getting paid a day early,but the customer service problem is the reason I do not recommend this company...the representatives do not value customers.....I wonder if they knew they wouldn't have their jobs if it wasn't for the customers...?
I was on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes to speak with someone and never spoke to one person.

This company is the worst. I am only using this company because my job requires it for the time being. I filed 3 disputes on October 9th, they told me to wait till the 23rd for an update. Today is the 23rd and Im being told that I have to wait till December 2nd for the next update and that provision credit is not being applied to my account. I bought a pre paid card for 2.95 so that I could make a purchase of 26.39 so I put 27.00 on the card when I went to make the purchase it was declined because netspend wanted to charge me another dollar fee. I called to complain and ask to have the .39 that I was short waived since I already paid 2.95 and only wanted a card to use once. I was put on hold by Lexi and sat there on the phone for 34 minutes. They have no concern that direct deposits aren’t showing in people’s accounts. I have bills that I work for to pay and I can’t. This is how you are treated when life took you to have to make the choice to use a pre-paid account with NetSpend.

I'm not even gonna leave a star I was forced to leave one star but.... I've been waiting to get my direct deposit from them and they keep giving me the same scripted CSR message... Apparently Netspend, nor MetaBank is loyal to their customers. I have been with Netspend for some time now and only have had issues a couple of time. Well this issue is definitely a big one! This bank is holding damn near all its customers money since last week. No public announcements. Copy and paste responses. They have caused so many fees for everyone. Customer service are told to lie to the customers to get them off the phones. Something needs to be done.
