Company sending debit cards addressed to me at my children’s school!!! I’ve never requested a card, never heard of this company, would and will NEVER do business with them. Completely unethical!!! Where do you even find my kids’ school address from?! Unbelievable!

This company makes it nearly impossible to use the money deposited into these cards. When you go to register this account, they will alert you there is a problem. When you call, they will insist on a mound of paperwork to gain access to your funds. It is not worth the hassle and they will beat you down until you give up.

buy a prepaid gift card from anyone but netspend! only good for 4 months and they take $5 a month as a fee. Theft!

No star. I don't have a NetSpend card. I tried reaching out to NetSpend - but without a card you can't talk to a real person on your customer service. I emailed customer service and did receive a phone call back, but the lady didn't understand what I was trying to tell her and she hung up on me and didn't call back. NetSpend has a customer that is sending out emails in other peoples names and changing the other person's bank accounts so the money goes on your customers NetSpend card. I keep receiving unsolicited cards from this company as they purchased my information through a "third party data provider." Terrible business practice, do not trust companies like these with your money.

Netspend had Synina R******** and Oscar S***** who were Customer Experience Analysts. I provided them with documentation showing I was incarcerated, not in possession of the card and there was a restraining/ no contact order in effect with the ex girlfriend who used the card. No stars, I purchased a card so that I could use it to make online purchases. While setting it up the lady told me I needed to send documents in to the verification dept but it was closed at the time. So I waited and called on my day off and they told me I could not use it online that they had set it up as a gift card and that they couldn’t do anything. So I had to use the money I already put on the card in store only and not for the purpose I bought it for. Very inconvenient and stupid
