WARNING! Do not use Pink Plumber. Call T&E Certified Plumbers instead. We had an entire home contracted to be plumbed by The Pink Plumber. From the start we should have recognized the issue. Our tech, Josh was the one who gave the quote and was going to be our main contact. Sadly, he didn't really know how to actually re-plumb a home. We had many issues arising in the first week. I requested H& N A/C a firm I have used for 11 years to come out to review a problem. These guy showed up. I was never made aware of the fact that H&N had been sold to this firm and I had to call the office and press them to find out the former from the woman on the phone. The two guys who showed up one was a tech and the other was a salesman who had one thing on his mind. had a water heater installed by A-1Chesney in Calgary, Alberta Canada under their Advantage Program. Completely satisfied with the very professional installation. Appreciated that all Covid-19 protocols carefully observed. Also have our furnace from them and equally satisfied after one year of operation.

Absolutely the best service. It was time for our winter tune, dilemma was setting a date due to an upcoming surgery. Without hesitation, they got us in so much sooner. I adore my service person. He is professional, clean, polite, and educates us on our equipment so if a problem comes up, we know what to do and how to take care of it. Have been a customer for over 8yrs and I'd give 10 stars, if I could.

I am livid with your new LACK of service. I had two people out yesterday for the semi-annual service. The one guy had an extremely soft voice, muffled further with the mask so I could not understand a word he said, which turned out to be techno-babble anyway. Finally said something about a valve and the fan in the air handler and a fan in the outside unit. I did not understand what the issues were and he did not explain. We have had Cronin ***** do a yearly inspection of our Furnace / AC for about three plus years. The last person who came (*****) was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We had to change the date of our service and the office made the changes no questions asked. While ***** was visiting I asked multiple questions regarding on demand water heaters and although I do not have a unit he patiently answered questions to the best of his ability.
