I had a lovely experience with them here in Jacksonville, Fl. the price went from $149. to $574.75 without logic. In my 12 years living in Georgia this Company is one of the worst in overcharging customers.
The people at Aramendia/Service Experts will take care of you. I was not happy with my first decision regarding my Air Conditioning unit. They worked with me as I renegotiated my purchase. Now I am very happy with my decision and my new air conditioning system. They also added Cellulose installation in my attic. (I chose cellulose installation over fiberglass.) I have a PLUS Maintenance membership. My AC quit late one evening and I called them and arranged for a technician early the next morning. Matthew was at my house early and had my AC going in no time. Steve ****** arrived and after discussing my problem with my 20 year old AC, I decided it was time for new one. They did not charge me for the work Matthew did of course. Tim A. was amazing. I was 10 days out from quadruple bi-pass surgery and Tim was so kind. My system is about 40yrs old and had not been seviced for 30. There were MAJOR problems! All of which were addressed by Tim. He was very knowledgeable and very polite as he explained what was needed and why.
ServiceExperts gets it done . Installed a new system last week . Hit some bumps with parts failing , but the various crews involved with getting our system balanced and operational were terrific . Our technician lied to us and said that our AC unit had no coolant. They told us there was a leak and that it was in our best interest to buy a completely new unit. A salesman cane out and tried to sell us a $10,000 unit. We had another company out for a second opinion and it turns out that the unit was FULL of coolant and simply needed to unfreeze. There are crooks working in this company and they didn't seem to mind that at all when I called to tell them about my negative experience.
