Had A/C inspection at my new home. Erica in the office was a bit busy/confused each time we talked but we got the appt scheduled. Tech was able to come earlier than expected which was great and he did a fabulous job. Very polite and thorough, educated and explained the entire report to me. Great COVID pro dudes as well. I would recommend this company.

Boehmer/Cronin Emery Service Experts has recently installed our new furnace. It is the second we have purchased from them. Their sales staff and technicians are knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. We have a yearly maintenance contract with them and if they had not come for the service call we may well have become very ill with the discharge of fumes from the broken furnace. They are A1.

Fraudulent. I have a full warranty from Orangutan on my HVAC system, including all parts and service. However, they have informed me that the sensor switch, which is shorting out, is not a covered item and not covered by the warranty. When I pointed out that the sensor switch is a "part," their excuse was that the company that manufactured the switch would not honor the warranty on it, shifting the responsibility of the warranty to the manufacturer. We had a routine equipment inspection but the next day the a/c unit was not working. There was a circuit breaker tripped, a component on the inside of the unit was disconnected. Wires were left dangling, one wire caused a short circuit. The technician did not tell us he'd left the unit in such a condition. We had to inspect it to find these conditions.
