A one star review was the only way I had the option of writing a review. I was completely lied to when I purchased my new systems. Several times I have tried to get accurate information about their billing practices without success. Today I was advised that I would be paying more then double the amount that the salesman had advised. Be careful with their paperwork and all of their false promises.

I will never call them again. The person that took my call was very nice and professional. I called at 11am. She said that they would definitely be out that day. I called again at 4pm since I had not heard from them and this lady looked it up and assured me that they would get to me. (Notice that I called them not them letting me know). I stayed up past midnight and no show and no call. As I write this review the next morning late, I still have not heard from them. I did not want to even give this company a star but had to so I could write my review. Called on Thursday as we were having an issue with our HVAC system. The woman I spoke to stated that there was an opening for that evening and she would call me between 5 and 5:30 PM to give us the tech's ETA. At 5:50 PM she called and Informed me that the tech Mike would arrive in about 2hrs. Fast forward to 11:30 PM and no tech I went to bed. Technician Houston was on time, he was friendly, very professional and had been very well trained. Within 30 minutes he understood heating issues and went over options with explaining in detail what needed to be done. He was a first rate technician.
