Great Service so far, (2 years) but the sales rep should have been upfront with the pricing. I found out a couple of months ago, after talking to a receptionists at a local branch, that i would never own my AC unit. The sales rep stated (2 years ago) that it would be a monthly cost for 10 years, leaving me to think that after that, I would be done and own it...just like anything else we purchase in this world. The best thing Komfort Air did was hire Jason, Sales Rep., George and Daniel Installers. All three were professional, kind and understanding. I had been without heat for four years. Jason was very detailed in looking at my old system. Quoted me the price and program that would best fit my needs. I literally cried when he told me the price and about the program. I was elated. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed and some duct work done by BRYANT HEATING SERVICE EXPERTS . Mark and Zach did a wonderful job in a timely and efficient manner. Thorough professionals whom we would recommend highly. This is a very reliable company. I am thankful for the service provided by Mark ( you are highly experienced and know your job really well) and Zach too ( very efficient ).

Calverly is always great at making my appointments timely. The technicians are always prompt and professional. I'm often home alone with a child and have always felt safe. The service has always been great.

Mourn and Nick installed new furnace and tankless water heater. Jeremy installed new water softener and wrap up of work. All 3 very efficient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

My initial contact to schedule an appointment was unsatisfactory. The representative was rude and argumentative. The technician on the other hand was prompt and efficient. He answered all of my questions and concerns and provided me with his observations and recommendations.

Their plumbers were informative and considerate. Answered all our questions. We've used their firm for decades, when it was called Service Experts and something else before that. Their furnace and A/C yearly contract has been a good saving for us.
