I’ve been going everywhere with that pair of sunglasses for about seven years now. I absolutely love them. They are light, fit me just right and had survived every adventure without a scratch - until yesterday when I fell from a bike right on my face. Today I realize they are covered by a lifetime warranty... this is amazing, thank you so much.

Bought my sunglasses about 18 months ago and the film started to lift off the lenses. Looked online for lenses and saw they were 50 dollars. Was not too happy about it and thought i was stuck. I sent Native and email explaining my situation and they got back to me immediately. They apologized for the issue and sent me a replacement. No hassles. What a nice surprise to have a company stand behind their product. Customer service, Rebecca, was excellent. I would buy from Native again knowing they stand behind their glasses.

Got the Eldo which fits a large frame head better than most. Lenses are awesome, put 1,000 Miles worth of driving and one fishing trip on them and very impressed can't wait to put them to the test.
I flat wore my glasses out. I tried to order a part to keep them going a bit longer, but Native replaced the glasses. And the hard case. And the spare lenses. And the soft case. Top notch, Native.

I thought the sunglasses were great just not durable, and my experience with customer service was horrible. Long waits multiple times, and every time I left my number I did not get a call back. I hadn't had the sunglasses for very long when they fell from about 3 feet off the ground (which was my fault) one time and broke at the earpiece. Disagree with spending this much on a pair of nice glasses to find out the warranty means I have to pay another $30.. Bought a defective pair of glasses. Was told that I have to either provide a receipt or pay $35 to have the issue resolved. Either way I have to cover shipping costs. I'm sorry Native, but forcing your customers to pay more money to fix a defective product is ludicrous. I either have to live with it or pay more than other people to have the same product
