Been wearing Natives since 2010. I’ve had Silencers, Penrose and Braiden. All were better quality than Electric, Oakley or Spy sunglasses I have had. As a professional Zipline guide/course manager I put them through the ringer, 100 foot drops, years of elements and rough treatment and they keep going.
These are for me the best glasses on the market for serious outdoor adventure!
Good quality lenses work great fit better than my pair of Costa's.
Love my Native sunglasses, the small frames fit me perfectly. I've used the warranty twice now (I'm a bit clumsy) and it's really a lifesaver. Last time I sent them back, my style was discontinued and I was told to call to talk about replacement options. I'm sorry I don't remember the woman I talked to, but she was WONDERFUL! She went over my options several times and made sure I was getting what I wanted. My only suggestion would be that you could make more styles in the small frame fit, I would definitely buy more.
Terrible quality. Purchased brand new glasses received them and they sit uneven on face. The temples on a flat leveled surface are uneven. One side is smooth and rest on surface other side has a 1/8" gap between surface and temple. Sent to native received approx 10 days ago. Sent 3 emails for update no response. Called today to find out they could not find anything wrong. The pictures of the issue were included in the email for the return label and communication..... great quality control. Pretty sad when you order a set of new lenses and life gets in the way and it takes you longer than 30 days to put them in your glasses and they are defective. Being told to contact the warranty department and for me to send them back on my dime. This company is not worth the time or the money. I will never give them another dime of my hard earned money. Just pitiful!!!
