Had a pair of Wazee Marple Tarts for 7 years. Broke them the first of this year. I contacted customer service and returned the broke pair. Received a brand new pair about 1 week later!!! I love Native Eyewear and recommend them to everyone I come into contact with!

So originally I had an issue with a pair of glasses I had purchased from Native. In no time they responded to my issue and sent me a new pair of glasses. Incredible customer service from them. After this experience I will definitely be purchasing this brand in the future. Great job from their customer service team!

There was a small hickup in the beginning but the Native team went the extra mile to fix my order and even overnighted my new glasses so that deserved an A+ in my book, thanks Native
