On my 3rd. Pair of Bigfork sunglasses. .. they are great
I just broke my native glasses that I have had for years and sent them in for a replacement after paying the 30 dollar fee, it was super easy and fast, I already received my brand new glasses! I love my native glasses and love them even more with the lifetime warranty!!

I absolutely love my Native aviators. I wore another popular brand of eyewear for years, and when they finally bit the dust, I was in a store this summer in Steamboat and the salesperson suggested I try Natives. She said their customer service could not be topped- and she was right! I somehow popped off one of nose plugs on my Natives and messaged them - they sent me a set that day! They were responsive and helpful with no questions asked. I will definitely forever be a loyal Native customer!
Love them, but got 2 of the same lenses in optional lens pouch. Lets see what Native Eyewear does to remedy this.

Sunglasses are great, but please consider making improvements to your warranty process! I just waited on hold for over 25 minutes just to tell someone what model and lens combo I would like to replace my broken and discontinued pair. If you want to up your customer service experience by talking directly with customers instead of using digital forms, etc. it would be nice if your staffing levels matched the call volume so your wait times weren't so bad.
