I bought the hardtop xp which comes with 2 sets of lenses. I broke the arm off when I barely banged them on my boat. I sent them back and paid 30 dollars plus shipping. Got new ones and there was a small ding on lense but it didnt affect my vision so didnt want to have to go through process again. Plus i had the old lenses still. Just received a pair of "Sightcaster" native shades, they came with the incorrect lenses. One quick and friends call to Native and I've the correct lenses headed my way. Couldn't ask for any better customer service than that. I've been a long time user/buyer of Costa Del Mar sunglasses, but, I am definitely NOT regretting my purchase from Native. Hoping to become a long time customer from this awesome company.

I've owned Native sunglasses for years, and I love the fit, feel, and value of them. But, I've had small issues with ordering lenses in the past. I own a pair of the "Hardtop" sunglasses, and both times I have ordered new polarized lenses, the style of the glasses has been updated, and the newer model lenses do not fit my frames. The pair of Hardtops I own now, I purchased in August of 2014, and the new lenses I received yesterday are smaller than the original ones, and do not fit the frame.
