I have the Eldos, Cables, and Flatirons. Eldos are almost perfect. Great lenses, comfortable frame, the fit puts the frame out of sight, but this also means my eyelashes touch, so I rest them about half cm down my bridge and they fit great. I love them. Cables fit similarly and don't touch my eyelashes, but I'm not as fond of the style so I wear them less. The vents are nice. To be honest, never heard of NATIVE until today. Just picked up the Sightcaster's in Matte Smoke Crystal with the blue reflex lenses. I love these more than my SPY Dirks with the polarized happy lens.
I bought my native sunglasses in the beginning of the summer and took good care of them using them only when driving not hiking. Three months later, while driving, the pin falls out and the lens falls out and glasses fall all apart. I call the store that I got them at thinking simply return for new pair, but no, I have to ship them at my cost back to Native to see if they can be fixed. I have several different styles with one thing in common-outstanding optical clarity. Recently needed replacement part for an older pair which is no longer produced. No problem! I have been purchasing Native Eyewear sunglasses from REI for the past 8+ years. I am picky about my shades for many reasons... I am a fireman and the polarization increases visibility while driving my fire engine through the smoke! I also take a medication that dilates my eyes causing sensitivity to bright sunlight which requires a darker shade.
