I’ve been a loyal Costa customer for years but since I’ve received my Sightcasters my allegiance has definitely changed. The quality of craftsmanship and materials far exceeded my expectations based on price. I’m very pleased with my Native Eyewear and I’ll recommend them to all my buddies.

I bought my first pair of native hardtops in 2003, replaced in 2006 for $30; those were replaced about 2009 for $30, and those were replaced in about 2013 for $30. Maybe even one more time, but recently when I drove over them with my car, and Native no longer made the exact model; they offered me my pick of any new model for $30. No questions asked, friendly and fast customer service! Native for Life!!!

I bought a pair of the "Cable" glasses a few years ago that fit my wide head. Scratched the lenses, ordered new lenses to be told the lenses were on back order. Waited for a sales guy to find new lenses. 6 months later, I got new lenses. Then the frames broke above the lens. I'm still wearing these as they fit, but no more rough stuff with them. Fantastic customer service! They stand behind their lifetime warranty. I had a pair that was probably 10 yrs old, used hard. I sent them in for replacement and they made the process so easy. The $30 processing fee is well worth it.
I have worn Native sunglasses for years. I like the product, but I am very frustrated with your warranty process and how often you eliminate models. Several years ago I had a warranty issue and when I sent in my glasses for repair, I learned that the model had been cancelled, so I had to choose another model which did not fit. I ended up having to exchange them at a local sporting goods retailer for a model that fit which cost more than the model that Native had provided as a replacement, so it cost more than the $30 warrant... read more
