Have purchased 3 pair of sunglasses. First pair, the lens fell out of the glasses as I was wearing them, scratched as they hit the pavement. When I called, they replaced them, sent me a new pair. I lost those, so when I saw their booth at Jeep Beach, I bought 2 more pair, brown and black. I thought it was nice to support a local business. This eyewear is advertised as active/sports/outdoor kind of eyewear. I bought two last summer, a Haskill and a La Reina. I was very happy especially when I received the Haskill since it was a backordered item. It arrived May 24 after a couple of days from ordering. On August 31, I noticed that the inside grip on both sides of the handle is gaping open. I barely use this eye glasses and I always made sure that I return it inside the case every time. Awesome Shades and Killer Price!!
Just received my new Native Hardtop Ultra XP's today! The nose piece on my previous pair was worn out after years of daily use and time hiking and fishing. No problem. I sent them into Native along with my additional lens kit and they replaced them with the latest model and lens kit under the Warranty program. Money well spent. The people at Native are great to work with and the service was excellent. Love my Natives!
I have had my Native Haskill sunglasses for 2 years. Recently the temple pads started peeling away from the bows and I got a scratch on one of the lenses. So I put in a warranty claim to have them repaired. I mailed them out a week ago to be fixed. In less than a week I have received an email saying a new pair is on their way to me. I’ve only had my Native La Reina glasses for a week but they are by far the best pair of polarized lenses I’ve ever worn. Fit perfectly, feel and look great!
Love my Natives...My go to eye wear. Will be investing in another pair soon.
