I had a pair of glasses that I've had for over 6 years and the nose piece broke. Warranty process was seamless my experience was great! I couldn't get the same pair because they were discontinued but they offered me any glasses that I wanted didn't matter the price! I had lost my case and they provided me with a new case and my new Penrose sunglasses! Love my glasses love, the service love and the product ..lifetime customer I will be!

Poor customer service. I was having issues with the lens falling out of a brand new pair. With no local dealer to return, I was told to pay for shipping to send in the glasses and have them inspected. After replying via email to customer service that I did not think I should have to pay to send in a newly purchased defective item they simply stopped responding. Super Customer Service speeds! Long story short, I sent the wrong glasses to Native for an RMA request and the whole process was impressively quick nontheless. They had my, incorrectly shipped to them glasses, back in my hands in no time. Thanks Native team for making my mistake no big deal!
