Landed in Philly had to wait behind about 35 people before a car was ready then the crappy car I got somebody had smoked in so I had to smell that all week. Very poor service as the team there made no effort to hustle faster to get more cars out. I felt bad for the 30 people behind me that also had to wait even longer !

National, with their "Emerald Isle Program" have created a process from initial reservation, thru vehicle pick up and return, to invoicing that makes it very easy to rent a vehicle. The vehicle selection is great, and their costs are extremely competitive for the vehicles offered in Emerald Isle.

I always use the mobile app or the direct website and have had nothing but great service. I am member of their rewards club which makes renting very simple.
