Love National Car Rental. Love the car selection. However last car rentals DEN and DFW both had dirty windows. Other gripe is that I almost didn't see the $20 coupon when booking. Shouldn't it be populated automatically? Yes!

Service was incredible!! I was on a business trip to Plano, where I have never been. Lets just the say the drive back to the airport was rather frustrating and I was close to missing my flight. The guy at the counter offered to park my car for me so I could rush to the airport on time and make my departure. I wish I could thank him again in person as I was under a lot of stress but his kind actions were greatly appreciated.

I was pressed for time so tried the Emerald Club...where you don't wait in line to talk to someone, just pick your car and go. The car selection was decent at DFW, but the price was twice as much as normal...over $100 per day. Never again.

Speedy service at the counter and we were in our vehicle quickly. Car was clean and problem free. Check in when we returned the car was very fast. Really could not have been any smoother!

Did the reservation on the phone due to some questions regarding discounts. The car was easy to retrieve, clean and very comfortable. The draw back was when we got the statement of charges to our credit card, we were very surprised about the extra charges. When calling to ask about these we were told it was the airport charges because we picked the vehicle up at the airport. It would have been nice for the customer service person to let us know since we called in about the rental since we let them know it was at DFW.

I work for a VERY large and old US company and we have been with a competitor for the 25 years I've been traveling. We recently switched to National/Enterprise for some unknown reason and I am less than impressed. The rates are within a buck or two and I was Gold Club at the former and my rental was always ready with my name on it and I never waited in line. My last few rentals at DFW have been chaotic. National has been out of cars in the Executive aisle and so there have been 15-20 people waiting on a car to come over from... read more

Always Excellent Service, and a quality product at DFW, the young lady at check out updated my address and driver license info for me. Only gripe is the executive isle has pretty much the same cars as the emerald isle very few upgrades, as an executive elite we spend a lot of money with you and earned deserve those upgrades by being loyal. Taxes and fees are outrageous.

The actual car rental is excellent. The shuttles to the car rental center at DFW are horrible; always too packed with so many people standing in the aisle and practically falling on you. Very uncomfortable not too mention how unsafe. The fact that people are too ignorant to know when to stop jamming into overcrowded buses means someone has to oversee and regulate the process for all to be safe. Put more buses into action.
