RecommendedWell I’m 80% a business rental customer. However, I use them when I travel in leisure also. Their customer service is top notch!!! I’m an executive level member but I never see anything better than Lexus. Not this time, I scored a Mercedes crossover. I believe I was legitimate and double checked with the guard at the booth. That was cool and worth repeating.

RecommendedI like getting to the rental site and going out to pick up my car. I don't have to wait in line. I pick any car from my category, put my suitcase in the car and go. The cars are always clean and in good shape. What could be better.
