Disappointed in my last two rentals. Lost / return is a joke of a process. Yes, we should not leave things behind but I regret that I expect a decent level of honesty and responsiveness from such a company...very disappointed when even prescription glasses are not returned when they are left on the front passenger seat.
I have always had a ofood experience with Onational h@ DFW. The only issue I have ever seen had is waiting for cars toco e frem returns. My interaction with staf has always been top notch!
I have used National Rental Car at the DFW airport numerous times and have always found the Emerald aisle with plenty of cars and in the few times I have needed assistance the local team is great to work with.
Another great rental at DFW National Car Rental. The vehicle was in excellent condition and fit the 4 adults for our trip to Austin (for the US Formula 1 GP at COTA). Pickup via Executive Aisle was quick and the return was just as easy. All in all, a great experience with National @ DFW.

loved the perks. just bad luck with navigation system as the construction affected all our travels throughout Dallas. But other than that, it was great!
Emerald club use to mean something, but it didn’t seem like it in Dallas. Very few cars to chose from. Mostly tiny sub-compacts. The Malibu I had was ok, other than it smelled like cigs, and the mirrors were so dirty I had to stop and clean them so I didn’t get myself killed trying to navigate traffic. Lastly I got charged $37 for being one hour later than I had estimated on my reservation. I doubt I’ll be renting through National on my next business trip.
