Pick up and drop off was as smooth as could be. The car ran great in between as well. Love not having to wait for the receipt when I drop it off!

I enjoy using National as my rental car company. In most airports other than Boston the cars are what I expect in quality. There are usually nothing but mini vans in Boston. Vegas and Dallas are a treat in that the cars there are always a preferred model. Seattle always has a great selection.

Love National. Hate the Dallas Ft. Worth Airport car rental experience. I travel a lot and it is the worst in the country. Never enough busses (which means they are crowded and I have had to wait as much as 20 minutes), the car rental site is almost in another zip code and the place the bus dropped me off is a long walk to the cars. Good news! I passed the desk and picked my own car. Love you National for that!

The car we ended up using at DFW airport was good, but it wasn't our first choice. We picked our FIRST car, loaded our gear inside and sat down, and then my wife noticed her seat was very wet. I put my hand on the driver's seat, and it was pretty wet too. She jumped out of the car and looked at her white pants, which had a coffee stain on them from sitting in the car.
