The car selection in the Executive Aisle was non-existent (there was 1 vehicle with 9 people looking for cars. But what was even more frustrating is the checkout, specifically my booth person. While he was not as fast as the other lanes, it was crazy that he gave me somebody else's drivers license. When I pointed this out, he got angry. All I said is this is not my license and I would like mine back so I get on my way. They had our Infiniti SUV all ready to go. 3 minutes later we were on the highway. Great service.

The service I received the last time I rented in Dallas was fantastic. There were a couple issues from my employer's end that made me wait, but while I did the lady that was taking care of me brought me a coffee. Once everything was sorted out, she got me through quickly and all was good, I wish I had gotten her name because I would mention her here.

I think NCR's model is an excellent one. I love being able to pick out the car I want from what is available. My needs may change depending on the trip, and I appreciate the flexibility. I do have one suggestion for consideration. If my Husband makes the reservation, and adds me as a driver, and NCR can verify that I am a valid driver, I need to be able to pick up the car!

I am "Executive" just rented in Dallas (DFW) and got a loaded Explorer Limited....like the Car Play app and the car was great, selection huge. Generally I go for SUV's and like the American made the best. National is the only company I rent from, still the best.

Flawless execution. Picked a car drove it out and was on my way in minutes. Everything was great. Clean new car. Great experience. Keep up the good work!!!!

I've been an ex elite member for a good part of 8 years now and have rented thousands of days with National. I have had some great experiences but also a few that I did not care for too much. My rating is due to the in-consistant service level in the same locations just weeks apart and while being told different policies by the same employees (cause they don't remember who I am).
