RecommendedI love National whenever I arrive at an airport I go straight to the Aisle, jump in a car of my choice, drive to the gate and I am on the road in a matter of 15 minutes.
I travel often for work and the last thing I want to do after a long flight is to wait in line for a rental car. National allows me to walk down the aisle, pick the car of my choice and drive off within minutes. I love National! I wish they had more local pick-up locations in my community.

Rental experience at DFW was fine and smooth, only suggestion I would make is that I rely on Apple Maps to find my way around a new city and it would be very helpful if your cars were marked with a sticker that indicates that the car supports Apple CarPlay. At the moment, you have to climb in each car and check the screen to determine if CarPlay is supported or not.
Extremely Polite & Professional from the Moment you walk up to the Counter. It is getting Harder to find Genuine Customer Service these Days, but in DFW Airport, at the National Car Rental it is there with a Smiling Face!!
I have always found the National Car Rental associates to be friendly and very helpful.
I have had nothing but great service with National until last week at DFW airport. We had a line of 75-100 people waiting for cars. This happens with other rental companies, not National. So, we did not have our normal Executive choices, and it was first come, first served. All was handled professionally, and I did have a great vehicle. I hope this doesn’t happen any time soon.
From baggage claim directly to the vehicle, I dig the Executive Emerald Aisle. I always seem to find General Motors vehicles, and since I'm an Executive member, I am able to upgrade at no additional cost.
