RecommendedLove national Car Rental. I am 95% Business rental customer and love that i get to pick the car i want to drive. Some locations are better than most. I find the cars to be great. but i do feel the cleanliness of the cars are going down hill a bit. I end up with dirtier than average cars lately. Maybe its the luck of the draw on the cars i have been picking. But i tend to look around a bit. (Last enterprise car i got was really smelly and dirty for personal use). Love the no counter hassle.
Recommendedease of getting a car in Boston, and having E-Z pass already installed in the vehicle
1. Had to wait about 30 minutes to pick up the van. 2. Van’s interior (seats and carpet) was very dirty. 3. Had to dispute an additional driver charge on my final bill which delayed my departure about 30 minutes.
