RecommendedI like getting to the rental site and going out to pick up my car. I don't have to wait in line. I pick any car from my category, put my suitcase in the car and go. The cars are always clean and in good shape. What could be better.

Our only complaint (albeit a small one) is that when we got to the garage there were no cars (only small pickups) available. But we had only a 10 minute wait until a car came in. Had there been more choices, we might have chosen another car, but it was fine.

Rented from National for the first time, at DFW, and won't do it again-they wanted to charge $10.99/day for an extra driver-my husband-we were on vacation. Wasn't going to pay it, so I ended up doing all the driving. The car return was very confusing, as there was no one giving directions, and myself and 4 other cars parked in the wrong place-I finally found someone and let them know, but the other people had to run to catch a flight and just left their cars there.
RecommendedNational is my choice for car rental. I am never disappointed. Great service, good selection and excellent rates.l!
