National has the best options and the best service of any rental company I have dealt with.
I love the ease of picking up and dropping off my rental. I travel often and this definitely makes the trip more enjoyable. The staff are very pleasant and professional.
Like the convenience of picking up a car directly. However, during my last trip to DFW there were no cars left and we had to wait for several minutes for a car that met our needs. Need better management of the inventory.

I have been a member of the for years and the emerald isle makes it easy to just walk out to the car and be on my way. But, when I got to the rental car center in DFW there were about 100 people in line waiting for cars. National had run out of cars. How do you run out of cars when most people have reservations and you know they are coming! It took 45 minutes waiting in line to be given a car! Not good! National Failed this time.
Great selection of cars and hassle free pickup and drop off! I'm an Executive member and love it. National is all I use. Also, competitive pricing.
2 out of 5 stars for DFW location on 10/16. NO CARS were available. Each customer had to wait for a single car to be brought to the front. This caused me to be late to an important client meeting.
