Emerald Isle in DFW is a joke! No cars available. Had to wait. Attendent very, very snarky! Unlike other reviews I've read, however, the shuttle was prompt, efficient and friendly. The process of picking a car, and driving off, then quick return is very good. Ended up finally getting a Ford Fusion Hybrid which was fine. Car was clean and very nice- if only there were cars available at the specified time of reservation.
Had a great rental experience, everything went very smooth. My only concern is not with National, but with those that put a 3 hamster 4 cylinder in an SUV that has to compete with Dallas traffic, lol. At least put a turbo in the 4 cylinder.
Great experience. After a long day of traveling and delays (30+ hours), the staff in the Emerald Aisle were very kind, personable and helpful. Highly recommend!
I’ve been an Emerald Isle member for about 15 years. The cars have always been a notch above the competition. However, this particular pickup at DFW airport did not have a very good selection of cars. Maybe it was due to Easter weekend but it was slim pickings. Disappointed. The good news was checkout was easy and so was the return. Just disappointed in EI selection.

Just now · Last tuesday i used one of my credit cards that didn't had my name on it to pay the bill and you said that you dont accept them that way, so i had to use another credit card. You charged me in both of the credit cards, and told me that i had to wait 24 hours to get my refund. Today is friday and i haven't received my refund back.
