Everything went well with my Chevy Malibu, pickup was great, drop off was great but the bus service to the terminals was not all that clear. It was early morning and after dropping off the car I proceeded to wait for the bus with others. When the bus arrived everyone got on. The bus was only going to terminals A & B but I did not hear clearly what the destination was so I was on the wrong bus. I had a great experience as always with National. Being an Executive member always makes it so easy to walk to any vehicle and go. There was a good variety of vehicles to choose from.

I had reserved a vehicle large enough to hold 8. When I arrived, there was no vehicle waiting and no information telling me where to go to find what I had reserved. Someone quickly came to assist me and brought a very nice Dodge van. Return of the vehicle was quick and painless. Like many others, the shuttle bus is a bother; but I can't fault National for how DFW operates.

The executive aisle had plenty of great options. I will always look for National Rental when I need a rental.

I appreciate all the “live” aspects of dealing with National. So efficient and friendly helpful staff. My only criticism is that the app isn’t as friendly and needs to have the glitches worked out.
