I love the Emerald Aisle.
I love bypassing the counter, picking up a car, and getting on my way! Reservations are easy, and my experience as an Emerald Club member has been very good.
I did love that I could walk right to a car and pick what I want. Car was clean inside but the backup camera was so dirty I couldn't see. I was frustrated that I had to wait 10 minutes to get out of the gate and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Also, the "maintenance required" light came on while I had the car on the 3rd day. The charges were more than double of my original quote of $280. I ended up with a bill for $631 for a 6 day rental.
Car was new and clean but interior smelled strongly of smoke. Mentioned it at checkout, nothing was done to swap vehicles/resolve issue.
Easy of rental, picking up, choosing vehicle, and returning.
Got pulled over because the tags weren't registered. This is unacceptable.
