It was awesome to be able to walk and grab a car and not have to wait in line to go through the rental process. Drop off was just as flawless. Only issue was the car I thought I reserved was not available. Otherwise exceeded my expectations
My husband and I have used National for years. Always a smooth process of getting our vehicle, checking out, and dropping it back of again. Always friendly, courteous staff that are quick to resolve any issues.
v poor choice of cars for Emerald club. all good SUVs moved to executive club. v bad. unless this changes no more emerald.club for me.
National provides one of the most simple and effective processes for rental. Easy in and easy out, keeping the customer on time for their trip either business or pleasure.
We rented a Nissan rogue its a great car it was clean when I picked it up. it ran very well and got good gas mileage. the rental process was easy
Always rent from National at DFW. The counter people are courteous and quick. You have your choice of vehicles (wish an American car would be available) and its easy to get out. Returning the vehicle is always fast.
Fast check in and check out, easy to rent. Good conditions of cars.
Excellent costumer service, easy process. I’ll definitely use National in the future.
