RecommendedI'm an Executive Elite member with National and use them or their sister companies exclusively but I am disappointed with my recent rental. Th Dallas airport had very few cars to choose from. I had a full size reserved and was able to to choose an Altima but only had a choice between the Altima or a Dodge Charger. The main gripe I have is that my travel plans changed and I had to leave fly out from Austin instead of returning to Dallas. RecommendedAs an Emerald club member renting a car is so easy its kinda weird. You just walk up and choose your car and your done. Its crazy easy.

RecommendedEveryone is friendly and wants to put you in a car that makes you comfortable. My car was loaded, it had all the amenties and it had less than 2000 miles. Still had the new smell.Couldn't ask for more. Thanks.
RecommendedGreat friendly service at all steps. An improvement point would be for the car wash crew to get the glass/mirrors cleaner/dry after a wash but I still give 4.9/5.0 stars!
