RecommendedThe option to walk down the row and pick out any car that’s there works great for me. I chose my car depending on how far I’m driving for that rental period. Sometimes it’s a intermediate car and others it’s a truck or van. It really makes a difference to me since they cost the same.
We reserved a Dodge Challenger or similar, they did not have it available. We got a full size sedan instead. Seems like with Covid there should be plenty of vehicles available. We were disappointed.

RecommendedIt's easy to rent here, I have been using National for almost 20 years. Lately the variety of cars has been pretty slim pickings. With so few travelers these days, I would think they would be better stocked. But as always just jump in and go.

The worst part of my travel experience, including airport, airplane and car rental, was the car rental terminal bus. Long wait, crowded, no social distancing, people without masks, non-renters using the bus just to get to the MBTA station. You could see and feel that most people on the bus were as uncomfortable as I was. One star.
