The car experience was fine but I feel that they should have told us that there were tolls on every road and that there was a daily charge for the right to charge us the tolls.
National GENERALLY gives a good rental experience, but if you DO have issues, good luck with customer service. They outsource / offshore as much as they can to save money, and it shows. I had a roadside service issue, and they took five hours to respond- in urban Houston. EHI is in a tailspin trying to hold on post COVID-19. They had service issues before, and they are worse now. The Emerald program is one of the best loyalty programs i have been apart of, very convenient and stress free. If you’re not emerald card member, i would strongly consider it. Makes traveling that much better! 🚗🚗
