RecommendedI'm an Executive Elite member with National and use them or their sister companies exclusively but I am disappointed with my recent rental. Th Dallas airport had very few cars to choose from. I had a full size reserved and was able to to choose an Altima but only had a choice between the Altima or a Dodge Charger. The main gripe I have is that my travel plans changed and I had to leave fly out from Austin instead of returning to Dallas. RecommendedNational makes it easy to reserve, pick up and drop off a rental car. The Emerald Club is great. You just walk out and pick out a car, stop at the gate and drive off. The cars are always new models and very clean.
We just rented a car yesterday that had horrible brakes and had to take it back to the airport today. We get a Nissan Armada that we weren’t given the key for which we don’t realize u til we get to our hotel and tuen the car off. We request immediately for a key and it’s now been 6 hours that we have been waiting and we are 10 min from the airport. We are stuck in a parking garage with low clearance and NO ONE at Boston Logan is answering!!!!!! So aggravating!!! We won’t be paying for this rental
RecommendedI have used National Car Rental on numerous occasions, most recently picking up at Logan Airport (Boston) and dropping off at Albany Int'l Airport. I have found that their staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Sam at Albany Airport exemplifies this. Additionally, the vehicles are clean and appear well-maintained, and I actually found an operator's manual in my most recent rental. I would definitely recommend National, and will continue to use them.

RecommendedThe National staff at the Boston Logan Airport center are outstanding, especially the woman with the headscarf, who takes special care of me whenever I come to Boston. She makes sure to help me find a car that she knows I will like.
